Customized Teams

Applied research on complex social and environmental problems demands a range of skills and expertise. We regularly assemble interdisciplinary teams tailored to the unique demands of the project. Unlike large consulting firms, which must cover the time of their own employees, we have the flexibility to work with a wide array of professionals and organizations. Our project teams have included ecologists, ecological restoration experts, water quality experts, public lands experts, public health professionals, agronomists, foresters, international development professionals, anthropologists, political scientists, journalists, lobbyists, and issue campaigners. Among our favorite collaborators are: Patti Patrizi of Patrizi Associates, Dave Hubbard and Matt James of Coastal Restoration Consultants, Paul Freedman of LimnoTech, John Sherman of pfc, Tom Hatley,  Keiki Kehoe, and David LaRoche.  In addition, Ed Wilson regularly partners with fellow consultant Carol Bromer.
