• An assessment of the R.K. Mellon Foundations’ capacity-building project for Western Pennsylvania watershed associations (2011)

• An evaluation of the Western Pennsylvania Watershed Program, now known as the Foundation for Pennsylvania Watersheds (2005)

• A review of watershed planning in southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey for the William Penn Foundation (2002)
